I set up payroll last week with electronic transfer. Did the first pay run & emailed the employee her payslip. However, she hasn't received her payslip (checked spam etc and ensured email is correct...
Double-check that your payroll payment was approved and bank details are linked correctly funds won’t move until it’s authorized. For payslips, confirm the email sender setup or resend manually.
