Super payment was deducted twice, how do I get a refund back to account?

Hi,

 

A super payment was authorized but then reversed, however funds still have been withdrawn from my account twice. Have sent a few messages to MYOB but no reply, does anyone know how to get a refund on the duplicated payment?

    Looks like you’ve encountered a double deduction for your super payment. Sorry to hear about the hassle! If the funds were withdrawn twice, you’ll need to reach out directly to your super fund to request a refund for the duplicated payment. They should be able to assist you with this process.     Thank you for your reply. This Super payment was for company staff and they all have different super funds, do I need to contact each super fund for a refund?

    Yes, that is correct. If they have different super fund, you will need to contact each super fund to request for refund. Just let me know if you have any questions. I'm here to assist.
