I'm unsure if I'm choosing the wrong options but the virtual assistant does not assist with Team app issues. I've been having the same timesheet issue for months so hopefully this is fixed soon.

To get help with your timesheet issue, you can connect with our live chat agent. Once you're connected to MOCA, simply type "Get help from a support agent" in the chat to be connected to a live agent. Additionally, you can raise a support ticket via MyAccount to make sure your account is added as one of the impacted users of the issue.
