It sounds like you're experiencing some performance issues with the new BAS system. Based on the information available, it seems that the long load times and delays in validating the BAS are not typical and could be related to system performance issues. Could you confirm which product you were using when you experienced the issue with BAS taking too long to prefill?

This is a bit unusual, but you might find this related post/issue helpful. Imported Bulk items does not show buy, sell, selling price etc. Additionally, feel free to check out our help page on "Import and export fields" for detailed field information, and visit "Importing data" for more tips.

uploaded 11 product items
- Out of the 11 items uploaded - only 3 items were successful
- 8 items had errors due to characters – with the following warning comment
Warning 42: Item Name cannot be more than 30 characters; name truncated.
When I ran our item master data report again – it appears the prices have updated in the front end.
However, when running the item master data report, the data is not sitting in the correct fields it appears it jumps
I’m curious as to why some worked and some didn’t. Hope you can assist
