Thanks for your post.
If the data is entered into the Business ledger it will sync/update on the AO ledger, hence there won't be any duplication.
Kindly refer to the help article Import from ledger (MYOB Business or AccountRight) - MYOB Practice - MYOB Help Centre which will guide you through importing from the ledger.

Thanks for the response, however it is not duplication of ledgers we are concerned about but a duplication of the issue of "corrupted" historical data should the client alter their ledger after we have used it to prepare the BAS or a complete loss of historical data should the client cancel their subscription or change accountants and we lose access to the ledger.
