Some of my clients do not need us to lodge their current BAS, and so we deleted the BAS from online workspace, but part of their BAS has appear under their workspace again, is anyone know how to stop this happen?

It's quite unusual to know that some of your clients' BAS are popping back up in the online workspace even after you've deleted them. I just wanted to check to see if you're still facing the same issue. If yes, a quick browser refresh might help. You can do this by clearing your browser's cache and cookies or by trying a different browser. If the problem persists, our virtual assistant, MOCA, is available on our website to assist you.
