Thanks for reaching out.
If your client's business bank account isn't showing when they're trying to connect, one of the most common causes is that they don't have the required authority to share data on the account through Open Banking. This is particularly common with business, company, and joint accounts.
In most cases, the account holder will need to be set up as an authorised or nominated user with permission to share banking data. The exact process varies between banks, so it's worth checking the bank's Open Banking information and requirements (which are separate from traditional bank feeds) to make sure the appropriate permissions are in place
