Who is responsible for customer support if clients encounter issues, and will accountants have a role in troubleshooting?

    Solo customers have their own dedicated support channels within the app.

    We have a team of Community Leads ready to service Solo customers via the digital assistant in the app. They can also contact us via our Solo Community Forum.
