Account Edge STP upgrade

We have received an email from MOYB to update our STP certificate. We are using the latest version of Account Edge Pro. Unofrtunately, we have followed the instructions but the error still persists....

    Hi SMM 


    After installing the certificate, did you get a pop-up that the certificate was installed successfully? If yes, please confirm the current version of your AccountEdge software and also attach a screenshot of the error so we can investigate further.

Hi Komal,

 

Yes we did.

We are using AccountEdge Pro V18.7

The Error code is 403; forbidden

    Thanks for confirming that. We have escalated this on to our development teams who will investigate if there is anything else causing the above error. We will update the post once we have further information on this.

      Komal_S I We have just done another payrun without beig able to report via STP. Do you have an update on this please?

        Hi SMM 

         

        Can you please try the steps given below exactly as mentioned and let me know if you're then able to report:

         

        1. Locate the downloaded AccountEdge Pro v18.dmg file as installed from the previous instructions then double click to open the file.
        2. Double-click the Extras folder icon to view additional files.
        3. Double-click the MYOB AccountEdge Certificate package. The Install AccountEdge Certificate window appears.
        4. Click Continue to begin the installation process.
        5. Click Continue to agree to the software license agreement.
        6. Select the location destination for installing this software then click Continue.
        7. Click Install.
        8. Click Close to end the Install AccountEdge Certificate process.
