AccountRight 2020.4.2 unable to see data in Purchase Register
I have upgraded to AccountRight 2020.4.2 and I am unable to see data in Purchase Register for December when exporting to print. I can see the data on my PC screen, but when I click on print, it says...

Hi SusieQ
When displaying reports in AccountRight, if a user does make a change to the filters you would need to select Run Report of the Filters tab. This will ensure that the additional charges are added to the report before presenting it on screen.
If you are finding that information is being retained after selecting that Run Report function we would recommend clearing the AccountRight cache
