This does sound like it could be related to the recent duplicate bank feeds issue, but we’ll need a bit more detail to be sure. Just a heads‑up, the Purchases and Sales registers themselves aren’t normally driven by bank feeds.
First up, can you please clear AccountRight’s cache and try again:
- Close AccountRight.
- Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Cache and press Enter.
- Delete everything in that Cache folder.
- Reopen AccountRight and try Bank Feeds, Sales Register, and Purchases Register.
If they’re still not loading, it’s best to get in touch with our support team and have these details ready:
- Are you using the desktop app or the browser?
- Do you see a blank screen, or a “Something’s gone wrong / needs to close” message?
