Amending an incorrect date on a payment for a recorded purchase

Has anyone got advice on how I fix an incorrect date entered for a payment (myob terminology "deposit transaction") for a recorded purchase as it won't allow me to delete this transaction nor can I a...

Hi GJP002 , the actual transaction date cannot be changed, so my suggestion is to fix the ledger by putting a journal entry (GJ) through to reverse the transaction at the wrong date, and repeat the transaction entry (as a GJ) at the correct date.
