Amending Existing Invoices

I need to add purchase orders and dates to some existing invoices. The options in the template are greyed out and unable to be selected.

 

Does anyone know what is causing this?

    Hi HES,

     

    I can see why you'd want to update those details, and when the options are greyed out it definitely slow things down a bit. 

     

    A couple of things to check:

     

    • Make sure you're not in Read Only mode. That'll stop you from editing anything, even if the invoice needs updating.
    • Double-check that your user access has permission to edit invoices. Sometimes access settings can sneak up on you and cause this exact issue.
