An unbalanced transaction may not be recorded.

Hi there,   Ive been trying to fix this issue since last week, already followed the steps you guys mentioned here at this forum but nothing appears to fix this problem    I need help.   Thanks ...

Hi there, 

I’m facing exactly the same issue/receiving the same error message.

it does balance and yes, I can see 6 decimal places in the AUD adjusted price but I can’t change that field…. The price field I can change (in a foreign currency has only 2 decimal places). So what can I do?

help?

Hey stquinn23,

 

The AUD adjusted price is calculated based on the exchange rate and foreign currency price, so it can't be directly edited. However, you can adjust the unit price by 0.001 to fine-tune the AUD adjusted price as needed.
