Analyse Sales Multi Period

This report only allows me to run it for 3 financial years - Next, Current & Previous I want to go back 5 years am Il able to do this?

    short answer is no, MYOB only reports on 3 years . Data is still held but not reportable. 

     

    I don't know of a work around sorry but others may

    Hi swatts11 ,

     

    If the data is still in your MYOB file then some of the Add-on Apps  will help you to easily access and analyse all Sales History.

     

    As an examaple our Add-on solution BI4Cloud Business Intelligence allows you to produce very flexible sales and margin reports over all MYOB sales history.  You would be able to easily produce a Multi Period Sales report over 5 years of history using our Free 14 day trial. Reports can be exported to Excel too.

     

    Below is a simple Multi year Sales by Customer, this could easly be changed to Sales by Item, Brand, Customer Channel, Postcode, State etc.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    If you also run and sell Inventory in MYOB then this Multi Year Sales report can also include Qty, Ave Price and Margin information too, see an example below.
