Auto-build report not working

This report doesn't work.  We have many auto-build items but the report states there is no information to display.  This is incredibly frustrating as we need to get a lot of information from the auto-builds at the moment.

    Apologies that you are unable to run this report. We have identified an issue and there is a script we can run over the file which will fix the issue. 

     

    Please send me the impacted product Serial Number and Company File Name by Private Message so I can organise to run that script for you.

    Please send me the impacted product Serial Number and Company File Name by Private Message so I can organise to run that script for you.

    Thankyou Samara for running the fix and solving the problem.  Just curious, will this be put in as a bug fix in the next version upgrade to all users?

    Thank you for coming back to let me know it is resolved now. 

     

    I have checked with the relevant team and looks like it was resolved in an update, but we find some users who have migrated a data file, may still have the issue for this reason we have a script we can run over it to fix it.

    Hi Sarah, my customer is still having this issue.  They have had the script run on their file with no luck.  Can you confirm this issue is still being looked into with some urgency as they are unable to use the report still.

    Hi Natasha 

     

    The issue has been raised with the developers, but we have the script which is a tool we can use as a workaround in the interim. If the script did not resolve the issue then we would need to investigate further.

     

    So I can assist you with this, could you also send me the impacted product Serial Number, Company File Name, and a screenshot of the error by Private Message?
