BANK FEEDS

Hi,   Made 1 payment yesterday which catered for  3 suppliers. This multiple payment shows up on the Bank Feed which is correct but not on the bank reconciliation page/reconcile tab account even th...

Hi JANELLE 

 

Thanks for your post. The transactions on the left side of the Bank feeds window are the transactions brought into your file from your bank. The transactions on the right side of the Bank feeds window and in the Reconcile accounts window are the AccountRight transactions.

 

If an AccountRight transaction is not appearing to be matched in Bank feeds and is not listed in Reconcile accounts, go to Transaction Journal>>locate the transaction>>click on the zoom arrow to open>>check the details of the transaction, including the account selected in the Pay from account field.
