Batch Numbers

Has anyone developed a solution to tracking batch numbers in Item sales?   Or if no in-built solution is there a workable add  on app available?   Thanks

I'm sorry if couldn't clearly make up what you were referring to? May I get you to clarify your question about the batch numbers in Item sales? Any additional information would be much appreciated.
