Can not longer drag & drop an invoice from email to purchases in tray

Hi MYOB,   My previous thread on this topic was closed but the issue has never been resolved?   How are you fixing the drag / drop thing?  It really compromises use of the In Tray which is a real...

I am also having this problem. I am having to save the file then import it. Frustrating and time consuming.

    What's the progress on this?  I have now resorted to e mailing the invoices to my MYOB and that worked for a while.  Now the invoices turn up in my in tray - but will not create an invoice/new bill.  I look forward to your reply

      This is still with our teams, unfortunately I don't have any further updates. Are you getting any errors when trying to create the bill after being emailed ?

        Generally the bill does not create at all, even after e mailing.  I have tried a couple of different e mail addresses to see if the problem was with the link, but it still occurs.  I'm basically having to enter all creditors invoices manually
