Love this idea from your sales team, asking for reviews off the back of an invoice is a smart move.
In AccountRight, the default email message (Setup > Preferences > Emailing > Email Defaults) only supports plain text, so you can’t add HTML buttons or proper hyperlinks there. Best workaround is to paste your full Google review URL into the message (most email programs will still make it clickable), and/or add it to your invoice notes/footer so it shows on the PDF as well.
If you’d like full hyperlink support in those email defaults, I recommend voting and commenting on the Ideas Exchange board post for that suggestion. Doing these will help the dev team gauge user interest in features.
