It just times out on the Desktop Version.
On the Online version it says 'Something went wrong' try refreshing your browser (Customer Sales Report).

As it's timing out, can you try to shorten the date range before running the report and let us know if it then displays? This can help us identify if the timeout needs to be extended, and if possible, try running the report on both the desktop and browser version again.
