Employee Salesperson

I have a new employee who is not showing as a Salesperson.  I cannot see how this employee card is different to any other.  Another new employee was added at the same time and they show as a Salesperson.  How do I make this employee a Salesperson as well.

        my question would be: All my employees cards show up as Salesperson choices when creating a quote/order/invoice in AccountRight. However only a fraction are actually Salespersons. Can I limit/define which of my employees are visible in the drop down list as Salesperson?
