Cant print customised forms

Hi, We can't seem to print customised forms, we could yesterday, but we can't today. I can print normal forms but not the customised ones? Any suggestions?

    Edit your forms to substitute and instances of the Calibri font with Arial

I changed all font instances to Arial, no good.

Couldn't see any that were missed. Even deleted every single item on the page and just inserted one field with Arial. Still no good.

    Hi all, 

     

    Thanks for trying those font changes already. If changing everything from Calibri to Arial still hasn’t fixed it, another workaround is to uninstall the latest Windows update. You can also keep an eye on this Community thread for more info: Unable to print custom invoices.

      I tried the uninstalling windows update, and that seems to work for me. Hope it works for you all
