Hi - Can this field be made MANDATORY when entering an invoice. ie -cannot process without entering in this field

    Yes, you can make the category field mandatory when entering an invoice in MYOB. This ensures that users cannot process the invoice without filling in this field. Please see this help article for more information: Categories

        Hi Jeel,

         

        When creating invoices, the category column is already a mandatory field. Additionally, if you're using the item layout, the account linked to the item will autofill for that line. If you were referring to a different field, please let us know.
