changing negative number format

Hi all, I am printing off a recipient created tax invoice through the purchase control centre. In the quantity column a negative number is formatted (1) However the extended price in $ is -$1.00 ...

    Hi Tanialmm 

     

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. The way negative numbers are displayed on AccountRight is based on the computer settings. It sounds like you might have it set to show a negative number as ( ) rather than - .

     

    To change this, go to; Control Panel > Clock and Region > Additional settings >  Negative number format.
