Clients can't open invoices

Why are clients suddenly getting this messag

    i have had today 2 companys say they cant open my emails for invoices and statments , can you advise what it going on this is now about 4 different people now

    Hey Occupational,

     

    The error with opening invoices is already on our radar. This is tied to an ongoing issue with Online Invoice Payments that’s also affecting the online invoice view, and we’ve posted it on our Status Hub for live updates via this link, so you can keep an eye on progress while we sort it out.

    Just a quick update, the issue previously mentioned in this thread has been sorted, and there are no current problems showing on our side with invoices or online payments.

    If you’re still having trouble opening invoices, can you please try:

    • If it’s a link: open it in a different browser, or in a private/incognito window
    • If it’s a PDF: try opening it with a different PDF viewer (for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader)

    If it’s still not working after that, the best next step is to get in touch with our support team so they can take a closer look. You can:

    • Lodge a support request through My Account, or
    • Chat with our team via MOCA, our virtual assistant, from the Help Centre.
