Hi Liz_A,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the supplier's invoices still aren't coming through to the Purchases In Tray, even after you've followed the recommended steps. As your case is still open, please reply to the latest email from our Support team and let them know you're still experiencing the issue after following the steps. Please also mention that no error message is received and that the supplier is using the correct In-Tray email address. This will allow the team to continue checking what may be preventing the invoices from coming through. Thanks for your patience while we look into this.

    Hi Isaiah_C​ 

    No - the case has not been resolved and given MYOB's recent performance on resolving problems, I doubt it will be for some time. My client is extremely frustrated with MYOB issues and as a small business owner it is costing her a lot of wasted time getting resolutions to problems.
