Contacts not working???

O er the past 2 weeks i have had to uninstall and reinstall MYOB invoice app  because it says "SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG "

Please advise,  there is no help about this.

    Hi JeffnJen,

     

    The "Something went wrong" error message usually pops up when your email address isn't linked to your my.MYOB account. To fix this, just follow the steps in this post.

     

    If you're still stuck after trying those steps, feel free to reach out to our support team. The best ways to contact them are through live chat (using our virtual assistant MOCA) or by raising a support ticket via myaccount.myob.com.
