How much does it cost to add addtional files online?

As you are using AccountRight Premier 2022 you can use that software on as many computers as required. There is no licence requirement with respect to user licences for that platform.
Should you need to set up AccountRight on another computer please see Help Article: Setting up AccountRight on a new computer.

Should you wish to add another company file online/use live services you would be looking at adding an additional subscription to your account. For AccountRight Premier is currently $768 per annum for that additional subscription.
Do let us know if you would like a more formal quote to be sent out so that you can uptake that additional subscription.

As our subscription has 3 licenses, it is possible to set a licence up should a staff member become 100% remote [work from home]?

You responded to a query I had back in December about adding addtional Company online files, we have 3 Company files that we wish to move to this online system under our current subscription, this will bring our subscription up to 5 Company online files.
Are you able to advise who could provide a more formal quote to be sent out so that we can uptake those additional 3 subscriptions?

I did this after I set my brothers business up, the only thing I believe is that you cannot convert that Company online file back to a Company offline file - then again things may have changed as this was quite a number of years ago I did this
