Online file confirmation not available

Hello

I have a 2020.2 AccountRight file that will not confirm via the internet.

The confirmation by telephone option no longer exists.

I have followed the instructions on the AccountRight site (see screen shot) but I do not have a Company File Code to enter.

What do I do?

    The Company File code can be given by our support team, make sure to reach out to them directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MYOB Support or by submitting a support case via My Account.
     

    Before reaching out to them, please have your Serial number and Company File ID ready.
