Creating a customer order in MYOB online accounting

Hello

At work I use MYOB on my desktop computer.  At home I use MYOB online.  Today I created an "Order" for a client, as we do not have the item in stock, but require the client to pay before ordering.  I emailed this to the client, but they have not received it.  I have logged onto MYOB online, and cannot locate "Orders" anywhere.  Nor could I create an order.  I could only create a quote or an invoice.  Why can't I process a sales order, or am I just looking in the wrong place?
