customer receipt details out of order

 

why are my customer receipts presenting out of numerical invoice order as shown below and also how do i change the date format to present in DD/MM/YYYY. it confuses customers and looks unprofessional with the random numbering of invoice numbers and invoice dates.

    Thanks for sharing a screenshot in your post. The sequence on the receipt does look odd, and it doesn’t appear to be following a clear invoice or date order. For that part, we’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can take a deeper look at what’s happening in the file. You can create a ticket in My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant. 

     

    Separately, the date format showing in US format on printed online receipts is already a known issue for our team and is currently under investigation. As a workaround for now, you can restore a backup locally and print the receipt from the offline file instead.

    I tried MOCA, who sent me to My Account.

    Have submitted a ticket there....

    In regards to the US date format, this has long been an issue before files were even online. Hopefully your investigation will finally fix this for Australian customers at least.
