Thanks for sharing a screenshot in your post. The sequence on the receipt does look odd, and it doesn’t appear to be following a clear invoice or date order. For that part, we’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can take a deeper look at what’s happening in the file. You can create a ticket in My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
Separately, the date format showing in US format on printed online receipts is already a known issue for our team and is currently under investigation. As a workaround for now, you can restore a backup locally and print the receipt from the offline file instead.
