I have exactly the same issue. I have called MYOB waited for hours, went through sending the same files to them over and over again. I eventually reached a lady who was really trying to assist, however, was being told by her seniors, that I had no idea what I was doing. Despite having been working in this field for 48 years. She still tried to assist, but here we are 8 Months later still awaiting further response with any kind of solution that would stop me having to manually do statements monthly, despite paying MYOB monthly installments. Very frustrated.
I actually don't think they speak to the programmers that designed this error, by error.
Or someone that actually understanding how aging works.
