Customised forms not visible

Hi MYOB experts. I am now using the desktop version of Accountright (previously used cloud version but we have down-sized so dropped the monthly subscription). In MYOB "set-up" I created a new customised invoice with our new logo and saved it - but the new form is not visible in the drop-down list of templates when I go to print the invoice. When I go to the customer's card file, the new form is also not visible as an option in the drop-down. All that is displayed is the default list of six templates, and in fact none of our company's previous customised forms are visible. If I go back to "set-up" then "customised forms" and look at the list of forms, the new invoice is there, so I am unsure why I can't access it when I print. I have also tried to access the new form using "print/email invoice" under "sales" but again, it is not displaying the form. Any help to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated. My PC runs Windows11. I always update MYOB when prompted and have restarted my PC.

    Hi Accesstech,

I know it's important for your customised forms to appear correctly, especially after putting in the effort to create them.

Please note that any templates created in the browser version will not be saved or carried over to the desktop version of AccountRight. You will need to recreate your customised forms in the desktop.

Here's a link with detailed instructions on how to create, save and use the customised form you've created. If the issue persists, try clearing your AccountRight cache by following this link.

    Regards,

    Sai

      Hi Sai,

Thank you for quick response to my question. I have cleared the cache and can see that the form I created today is still there under "customised forms". But it still does not show in the list when I try to print an invoice. The first image are the choices I have when I try to print an invoice. The second image is my customised forms - the last form in the list called "1. RS - 7 day invoice RS logo" is what I created today. I watched the video and I created the form as per the video, but it is still not visible. Does that make sense?

        Hi Accesstech,

Another thing to check is the layout of your invoice. Make sure your invoice is set to the service or item layout, depending on what you need. The layout should match the invoice form so it appears correctly. Service invoices should use service forms, and item invoices should use item forms.

        Thanks,
