Date format on Emailed purchase orders

When printing PDF Purchase order date format is DD/MM/YYY

When I email it it changes to MM/DD/YYYY

Can someone advise how to correct how to have DD/MM/YYYY for both

This is for use in browser

    We are aware of an issue where the date format on printed receipts is displaying in MM/DD/YYYY (US format) rather than the expected Australian or NZ format (DD/MM/YYYY). We cannot provide a timeframe for when this will be resolved. Currently, the only workaround is to back up the online file and restore it locally. Once restored and opened locally any receipts printed will use the correct date. However, this may not be suitable in all situations.
