Deleting statements from the Email Tab
Hi,
I have successfully emailed our statements out, however, they are still showing in the email TAB. Is this a system glitch that needs looking into?

When you open the Print/Email Statements, be it in the To be Printed or To be Emailed window the system will look at the list of your customers with a current card balance. Unlike the other Print/Email windows, when a statement is printed or emailed for that a customer that record is still listed in the window as the customer would have a balance.
For a customer not to appear in that Print/Email Statements window, the card would not have to have a card balance.
