Hi Celia_B and the rest of the brains trust.
It has been 2 years since this question was asked and I am wondering if the development of this feature has progressed any further. We have the same issue with some of our larger customers and this is causing delays in getting message to the correct people in a timely manner.

While we don’t have any updates on this feature right now, we recommend adding it to our Product Ideas page. That way, our team can see the demand and might consider it for future updates. MYOB AccountRight Ideas Exchange
