No one wants any mix-ups or awkward surprises when it comes to money, so making sure your bank display name is spot on and easy for your clients to recognise is crucial. If the name showing up on your payer’s bank statement doesn’t look right, our financial services team has your back. You can give them a ring or send a support ticket through MyAccount. Just make sure to attach a screenshot of your payer’s bank statement showing the name that needs fixing, and they’ll jump on it for you.

Hi, In my account SOLO I do not have the selection option for support drop down list it only has manage account, subscriptions and billing. I have all the relevant trading as certificates. Please advise this is painfully difficult to try and do a simple update of information yet I continue to get people asking as the name that appears on the tap to pay does not match the company trading name.
