If the name showing up on your payer’s bank statement doesn’t look right, our financial services team has your back. You can give them a ring or send a support ticket through MyAccount. Just make sure to attach a screenshot of your payer’s bank statement showing the name that needs fixing, and they’ll jump on it for you.
