Not displaying all invoices

Hi 

I am selecting the Sales Tab, then Invoices and selecting All for this financial year etc.

It keeps showing me just the overdue ones.  I have clicked on the drop down boxes for each column making sure there are no filters selected that would be causing this and still same result.

Help!

    Thanks for your suggestions.  I had already tried that last Friday.  So this morning logged in directly to MYOB website instead of using my shortcut.  At first I got the same results only showing 3 invoices overpaid and no other invoices.  So I then shut down my computer.  Restarted it and logged in again direct into my browser and not desktop shortcut and it showed all my invoices.  whatever the issue/glitch was cleared it by shutting my computer down.  Thanks for responding.

    Hey Anna13 

    I've just tested it from my end (I'm using Google Chrome) and can see that the display automatically defaults to listing the overdue invoices at the top. If you click on the Status header, you should be able to flip the display and show the Paid/Open invoices first. I've attached a few screenshots for your reference as well. Let me know how you go!

    Hi,

     

    I am having the same problem, only showing over due invoices.

    If I do a search for an invoice it will say that it cannot find it.

     

    Have logged out, restarted lap top, logged in again.

    Did not use any short cut to log in.

     

    It has not fixed the issue.

     

    I am using Chrome with MYOB Business online.

     

    Any help appreciated.

    I only work one day a week for this client and it has disrupted my day immensely.

     

     

  • please help - I am having this exact problem, just entered 24 invoices, and none of them displaying though they are there, because i can select them as paid.  Why are they not displaying.   THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING NOT HAVING SOMEONE TO ASK ABOUT THIS CONSIDERING HOW MUCH MONEY WE PAY FOR THIS :)

        Hi onerosenz

         

        Sorry you're dealing with that. If the invoices are still there and can be selected as paid, this is often the invoice list view rather than the invoices themselves.

        Can you try these steps:

        • Go to Sales > Invoices
        • Click In progress or the main Invoices view instead of Overdue
        • Set Status to All
        • Set Type to All
        • Set the period to a wider range such as This financial year
        • Clear the Customer filter and the Search box, then apply the filters
        • Search again using one of the invoice numbers

        As you're on Windows using Chrome, it's also worth opening MYOB in an incognito/private window or clearing your browser cache, then signing in again directly from the browser.

        If it still only shows the overdue invoices after that, the best next step is to lodge a support request from My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assiistant, so the team can investigate it further from their side.
