Not displaying all invoices

Hi 

I am selecting the Sales Tab, then Invoices and selecting All for this financial year etc.

It keeps showing me just the overdue ones.  I have clicked on the drop down boxes for each column making sure there are no filters selected that would be causing this and still same result.

Help!

    Thanks for your suggestions.  I had already tried that last Friday.  So this morning logged in directly to MYOB website instead of using my shortcut.  At first I got the same results only showing 3 invoices overpaid and no other invoices.  So I then shut down my computer.  Restarted it and logged in again direct into my browser and not desktop shortcut and it showed all my invoices.  whatever the issue/glitch was cleared it by shutting my computer down.  Thanks for responding.

    I've just tested it from my end (I'm using Google Chrome) and can see that the display automatically defaults to listing the overdue invoices at the top. If you click on the Status header, you should be able to flip the display and show the Paid/Open invoices first. I've attached a few screenshots for your reference as well. Let me know how you go!

    Hi,

     

    I am having the same problem, only showing over due invoices.

    If I do a search for an invoice it will say that it cannot find it.

     

    Have logged out, restarted lap top, logged in again.

    Did not use any short cut to log in.

     

    It has not fixed the issue.

     

    I am using Chrome with MYOB Business online.

     

    Any help appreciated.

    I only work one day a week for this client and it has disrupted my day immensely.
