Drag and Drop not working

I have 2 Macbooks, one is a Pro, one is an Air.

I use MYOB online on both laptops, on the Air I can drag documents from emails and drop them into the In Tray, but on the Macbook Pro I can't do it.  Is there a setting that I haven't turned on possibly?

    From the sounds of it, there is something that is happening on one machine and not the other. 

     

    I would suggest making sure that you are using the same web browser when logging in, and also clearing the web browser cache.

     

    When you do this are you getting any form of an error message saying that you are unable to, can you please share a screenshot if you are? 

     

    In terms of any Macbook settings, I would be unable to advise on this area.

      Yes I realised we are using 2 different browsers.  I switched to using the same browser and now the drag and drop works.  Many thanks.
