Drag and drop not working
I have just installed the latest AccountRight on a new computer and the Drag and Drop feature for getting documents in is not working from Outlook 365.
I drag the document out of Outlook over and then there is nothing, the icons on the window are no longer useable.
I can drag the document to the desktop from Outlook so that part is working.
I am having to save the files to the computer and then use "Add Document" to add them.
Additional time required for this.
Please advise, have uploaded a screenshot of the attachment window after I have dropped the document I am trying to upload.
Only doing from Outlook, drag and drop from windows is working.
