EMAIL & NEW OUTLOOK
Can't seem to send Invoices by email with the New Outlook - I get an error message saying they have not sent. The old Outlook wont open anymore

Please try to resend the invoices again if same error comes up. If yes, kindly generate the diagnostic log so we can look into it further. To get the diagnostic log, see the Help Article: AccountRight Log Locations for more information.

The emails have sent this week through the New Outlook - so problem seems to be solved but will advise as requested if it recurs
