Email Undeliverable | Bouncing Back | Diagnostic Code Rejected
Emails sent from AccountRight are bouncing back from "bounce@apps.myob.com".
Email says " Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful". Diagnostic-Code: rejected
This happened with a particular client suddenly.
Contacted the client to check with their IT department if Myob address is going to spam/junk, they reported all is clear on their end.

Emails can bounce if the recipient marks the email as spam once and to avoid this from happening again, the system blacklists those emails. However, we have whitelisted them this time. Please let me know if they again bounce back again.
