Emailing Not working in AR Desktop

After all the mess from a couple of weeks ago, & the patch update last week. We are unable to email our Sales Orders Invoices  from AR Desktop. If we use the web browser, then it is sent. Don't like having to keep using the web browser version, as it times out after about 5 minutes, & we have to keep logging into it.   Is anyone else having troubles with AR Desktop & emailing to clients?

    Hi Tony

     

    Thanks for describing how your email only works on the web version. If it’s working in the browser but not in AR Desktop, it’s likely something on that computer.

     

    A couple of quick things to check:

    • Make sure Outlook is set to Classic, not New Outlook.
    • If you’re already using Classic Outlook, try a Quick Repair for Office.
    • Then restart Outlook and AR Desktop and test it again.

    If it’s still not working after that, you’ll need to contact support so they can check the desktop setup further.
