Error -4077

Hi,

 

Trying to update bulk pricing for custom price levels.

 

Recieving error as per below

Summary of errors
Error -4077: You have sales for this item.

 

I am not sure what to do?

    Hi Freddy21, 

     

    Thank you, I've had the script run over the file. Can you please sign out and sign back in, the import should now work.

    Hi Freddy21, 

     

    Thanks for your post. There is a script we have that we can run to resolve this error, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can arrange this.

    4 last digits Serial number : 4060

    File Company ID: 1
