Error 25 - Invalid amount when importing a credit note

Hi there, I tried importing a credit note into MYOB but I got Error 25.  I have created the credit note and import it in the same way we always do, so I don't know what's the issue here. Could som...

You could also follow what Mike_James has suggested if my previously mentioned fix does not work. Also, we would appreciate it if you could post what you did to fix the issue, for other users with a similar issue to read through.

Hi Nick34.


I agree with Mike's suggestion. Moreover, you can resolve this by adjusting the column format in Microsoft Excel, saving the file, and then attempting the import once more.
