Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! The Item transactions report doesn't have the ability to add these details. I'd recommend checking our Help Article Inventory reports which has a list of item reports available along with what they display.
Also when viewing a report, you can go to the insert/modify tab > select the show hide button. A windowl display which columns can be added to that particular report.
