Hi Escape_To_Malta,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Generally speaking you can use the Spend money window to record the payments you make for things such as petrol, office stationary, phone bills and donations. However if you're unsure on how to record this I would recommend speaking to your Accountant or financial advisor to ensure it is reported correctly.
Additionally, I have found some information on the ATO website in regards to Gifts and donations that may help.

Thanks. But this is not what i asked.
I donate physical hampers to organisations. This still costs me money.
How do i record these physical hampers in myob. I have paid for the stock to make these hampers.

From a software perspective you would enter those purchases through either Spend money or Purchases. I would recommend speaking to your accountant about how to record the donated product to make sure it is reported correctly.
