how do i email as a pdf

I am trying to email an invoice as a pdf but do not see any options.

    Hi joannec62 

     

    If you are in AccountRight, then go into the invoice you want to create as a .pdf and go to "Send To" at the top of the invoice and send to "Disk" - save it to wherever you need to access it in order to email/print, etc. You should also be able to Print to "Microsoft Print to PDF" but this may depend upon your system setup.
