A smoother process would definitely make things easier, especially with managing invoices. At this stage, MYOB doesn’t have a native tool that automatically converts text fields into barcode graphics.
AccountRight does support customised invoice forms and invoice-number fields, but barcode fonts and dynamically generated barcode images aren’t documented as supported form elements. You could explore a third-party integration that supports what you’re trying to add to your invoice form. I’d also recommend posting this as a feature suggestion on our Ideas Board so other users can vote and show their support.
Hopefully, other members of the community can share what’s worked for them, including any helpful workarounds for adding barcodes to invoices.
